Vehicle coverage and available functions may depend on the vehicle manufacturer, model, model year, engine, electronic control units, regional vehicle specification, communication protocol and installed software version.
A statement that a function is supported does not mean that the function is available for every vehicle.
7. Current Sales Area, Language and Currency
The primary target market of this website is Poland.
The store language is English, and prices for customers in Poland are displayed in Polish zloty (PLN).
Delivery to another country is available only where that country has been enabled and is clearly shown as an available destination during checkout. Where another country or currency is displayed at checkout, the information shown for that destination applies to that order.

8. Payment, Shipping and Delivery
The payment method currently offered is Cash on Delivery (COD). No additional COD fee is charged.
Standard shipping is free of charge.
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. The estimated transit time after dispatch is 7-15 business days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 9-17 business days, excluding delays outside our reasonable control.
Deliveries are arranged through PFC Royal Logistics or an appropriate delivery partner used by that service.
TRADING AG LTD bears customs duties and mandatory import-related charges arising under the delivery terms offered by us. Customers should not be required to pay undisclosed mandatory import charges on delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds
In addition to applicable mandatory consumer rights, TRADING AG LTD offers a voluntary 30-day return period.
Eligible consumers in Poland generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a qualifying distance contract. Our voluntary 30-day return period does not reduce or replace that statutory right.
For eligible returns under our Returns, Withdrawal and Refund Policy, TRADING AG LTD bears the reasonable direct return shipping cost and provides a printable prepaid return label. This includes eligible voluntary returns, statutory withdrawals, faulty or damaged products, incorrectly supplied products and order fulfilment errors, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
We do not charge restocking fees or refund-processing fees.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 calendar days after the returned product has been received and inspected. This operational processing period does not extend any mandatory statutory refund deadline.
Because Cash on Delivery payments cannot be refunded to the original cash payment method, refunds for COD orders are made by bank transfer after obtaining the customer's express agreement. We will never ask for a payment card PIN or CVV for a refund.

10. Statutory Consumer Rights
Consumers retain all mandatory rights available under applicable Polish and European Union consumer law, including any mandatory rules that apply to a trader established outside the European Union but directing commercial activities to consumers in Poland.
These rights may include rights concerning:

- delivery and transfer of risk;
- withdrawal from a distance contract;
- conformity of goods with the contract;
- repair or replacement;
- price reduction;
- termination of the contract;
- refunds; and
- statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.
Nothing in our policies, product descriptions or commercial warranty terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Commercial Hardware Warranty and Software Updates
TRADING AG LTD provides a voluntary five-year commercial hardware warranty for eligible TAGEX automotive diagnostic equipment.
The hardware warranty period begins on the date the device is first activated. The precise warranty scope, exclusions and claim procedure are described in the warranty information supplied with or made available for the relevant product.
Eligible TAGEX automotive diagnostic equipment also includes five years of free software updates beginning on the date the device is first activated.
After the free update period ends, the device may continue to be used with the latest software version installed, except for functions that reasonably require an active online service.
The voluntary commercial hardware warranty and the software-update commitment are additional benefits. They do not replace or restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights.
12. Product Safety and Responsible Use
TAGEX automotive diagnostic equipment must be used in accordance with the supplied instructions, safety notices, applicable vehicle-manufacturer procedures and applicable law.
The products must not be used unlawfully to:
- manipulate an odometer;
- disable mandatory emissions-control systems;
- disable mandatory vehicle safety systems;
- circumvent anti-theft devices;
- gain unauthorised access to a vehicle; or
- bypass security systems.
Product-specific safety, manufacturer, traceability and regulatory information will be displayed on the relevant product page and supplied with the product where required by law.

The TAGEX brand and original content created for this website may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, content created specifically for this website may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.
No ownership is claimed over third-party trademarks, vehicle-manufacturer names, third-party software, third-party documentation or other materials belonging to their respective owners.
